complaint regarding negotiation of payment

<p>2014 i joined the gym and the consultant by the name CHAD never explained all the advantages and disadvantages which made me not to pay the account anymore...today i went to the gym to try and negotiate the payment plan which they told me i should contact the attorney's because they account was handed over to them..i was never even notified about this...please help me hello peter because i want to settle the account once and for all and close it because they give very poor services..your help will be much appreciated</p>
