Complaint just gym Meadowdale Edenval

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p>Myself Karin Jones, my husband Cecil Jones and son Kevin Slater was at the Gym by 5am this morning and my son was ****** and they stole his wallet with his tag, licence and id.</p> <p>He had a copy of his id and took it to the police station to have it stamped as a valid copy to buy another tag this morning. So as we got to the gym my son Kevin id 910 ********** 08 7, was treated so badly by Warren as he just took the police stamped copy id and throw it in the dustbin and refuse to help my son with another tag????</p> <p>This is totally unprofessional, I was so dumfounded that I told my husband that already walked into the gym. So as Warren walked past us my husband Cecil Jones called him and said why can’t he help my son as there is a photo of him on the system as we have been members since Nov 2014 and there is never a problem with our payment, so why can he not even help us??? So he took a very threatening stance like a challenge towards my husband and he said it is head office instruction no id no entry he is not concerned as to what the reason is for loss of id.</p> <p>Then my husband told him that there is a stamped id from the police station and a photo of my son on the system can he not see it is Kevin, so he said he will find out from head office and come back to us, but nothing happened as he just went to go sit in his office behind the computer and when I walk passed the office he was only on his email. So then I went to the front desk as I think the guy’s name was Sipewe that assisted us. I asked him to please take the stamped copy id out the dustbin as that was the only one we had and he assisted my son very friendly.</p> <p>I have never in my life experienced such a rude, unfriendly and unhelpful person, every person that was in the gym heard the conversation that took place between my husband and Warren as we were cycling, then as Warren walked off the people on weights and treadmill said we should complain about this Warren rude treatment.</p> <p>I can’t believe he thinks he is better than the police as they accepted and stamped the copy id, I do not know if he is the owner of Planit fitness to just make his own rules and decisions and just throw my sons stamped id copy in the dustbin.</p> <p>We will be cancelling the contract by October as the 2 years will be over by November 2017, Due to the bad treatment received from Warren.</p>
