BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Suddenly after being at Planet Fitness Just Gym in Meadowdale for 7 months, I am expected to train in an atmosphere conducive to a night club. I have recorded decibels exceeding 80 on 2 apps. Several attempts to get this resolved have fallen on deaf ears. The call centre has not even responded and the club manager took it on himself to close my complaint. I had to cut my training short again today as I could not work out under these circumstances. I AM PAYING TO BE THERE AND NOW I DEMAND MY CONTRACT IS CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY WITH OUT RECOURSE - I never signed up to train in such a bad atmosphere</p>
