Quick to make promises but does not deliver. Bad quality fabric
I ordered a couch on Takealot that was made by Just Furniture. Just out of guarantee from Takealot, the seams started to tear out of the material. It was not a cheap couch either (electric recliner) I contacted Just Furniture via email, and was answered by Tokkie. They promised to make a new coach, and deliver it to ne in April. It is almost the end of May and still nothing. Now it take days to answer my messages, and promises gets made but not kept. This is really bad service, and bad quality fabrick being used. I will not recommed any products made by them.
