No aftersales service

It goes without saying that a Good Business is known for its after sales service. These are businesses that usually come highly recommended via reviews or word of mouth. Having installed our underfloor heating with this company last year July 2019, it’s been a real hassle to get them Back to check on issues experienced with the underfloor. I will not recommend someone who we have trusted with money that we invested in our home and who does NOT have the decency to communicate with us - as a professional service would - for date and time to come home and check the problem without having us call them and message on numerous occasions. To him loyal and repeat customers are definitely not a priority.
