I want my R16500 back

We bought a faulty engine from Just Engines Durban Road Korsten for R16500

Warranty says 1 month. I wont accept that. Timing chain kit was faulty and oil pump was faulty. Now Aadill at Just Engines does not want to refund me. His business Just Engines say they are stockists of "A Grade Quality Used and New Engines but my experience is pathetic. I want every rand and cent back from them
