Extremely disappointing service from Just Electric – Robogem Jarvis repair

**Extremely disappointing service from Just Electric – Roborock Jarvis repair**

Just Electric collected my Robogem Jarvis vacuum cleaner at the end of March for repairs. The collection was quick, and the initial communication was efficient, so I was initially very happy with the service.

Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there.

I was initially advised that the required parts were expected to arrive in early May, after which the repairs could be completed. Fine — delays happen.

Then, on **4 June**, I was informed that the unit had been repaired and would be shipped on **5 June**. Great, I thought. Except… nothing arrived, and there was no further communication.

I eventually had to follow up myself, and only on **6 July** was I told that there had been a delay in receiving parts due to the war. This immediately raised a major question: **if the unit had supposedly already been repaired and was due to be shipped on 5 June, why was I only being told a month later that there was still a parts delay?**

At this point, my confidence in the company was already seriously declining.

I was subsequently told that the parts had finally arrived in South Africa and that they expected them to reach the Cape Town branch by the **end of July**.

We are now in **August**, and I still have **no vacuum cleaner, no meaningful update, and no reliable way of getting hold of anyone for an answer**.

What started as a straightforward repair has turned into months of waiting, contradictory information, broken promises and virtually no communication.

The biggest issue is no longer even the repair itself — it is the **lack of transparency and accountability**. If there are genuine delays, communicate them honestly and consistently. Don't tell a customer that their unit has been repaired and is being shipped, only to provide a completely different explanation weeks later.

At this stage, **frustration is the absolute keyword** when dealing with Just Electric.
