Just Doors installed a garage door at my premises on the first week of February 2015. On the same day that the door was installed I notified them that the door has dents on them and had uneven paint patches. They came the next day and had a look at the door and acknowledged the defects stating that the door's sometimes get dented while they transport it and also said that the paint patches was a result of their workers not mixes the touch-up paint properly.<br> <br> They said that they would come the next day to fix the dents and paint work after they inspected door. They didn't bother to contact me nor did they fix the door after that day.<br> I've sent them several complaint's to both their email addresses as stated on their website yet they haven't responded to a single one. When I phoned them about 3 months ago the person named Martie Goosen said they would come sort the door out.<br> <br> It's been well over three month's and they still haven't bothered to contact me nor fix the door. Really unacceptable behaviour from Just Doors.<br> <br>
