THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH!

contacted Just Doors to install two garage doors. the time frame Martie told us we had to wait for installation came and went, heard nothing from them in the interim, after some back and fourth emails doors were delivered, the wrong ones, but nevertheless crisis was averted same day and the wrong doors were taken apart and the new ones on. this isint even the reason im writing this, this is just the precursor to my complaint. these doors come with a one year warranty, which they advertise, less than 6months after installation of these doors one stopped working completely.. numerous calls in November and December to Martie, IF she answers the calls, and nothing has been done, no one ever arrived \to check them out\" countless empty promises. started the new year off with an email to Martie giving her a chance to redeem herself and the company. she assured me that someone would be around within the week to fix the problem... that was over a month ago, email her and she just doesnt respond, they are by far the worst company i have ever dealt with and i would never suggest them to anyone."
