a totally unprofessional company<br> without consultation, my elderly mum ordered automated wooden garage doors<br> with a firm undertaking of installation date<br> 80 % deposut was requested and paid<br> there after almost impossible to get hold of this company<br> who use call id to selectively screen calls<br> After much harrasment, they finally pitched up with an arrogant<br> workforce to install doors<br> Doors were undersized<br> not varnished<br> no handles or key<br> sloppy inaccurate installation<br> no side sealers<br> so basically an insecure garage with exposed cables<br> that can easily be snapped from the outside<br> company adopts an intimidatory and gangster like approach<br> becoming abusive and threathening my mum, when she expresses her dissatisfaction<br> threats continue and Martie is abusive in the extreme, refusing to install the side rubbers which is part of the installation<br> unless she receives a further R375<br> the doors are not treated ore varnished <br> and are absolutely ugly 3rd grade<br> <br> They then refuse to leave my mums home despite the incomplete installation<br> and continue threathening my mum, and attempt to take down the door to remove it and forfeit<br> the 80 % paid unless we accept the job and immediately pay the balance
