After submitting a claim for severe water damage, Just Domestic was sent out to assess the damage by ABSA home insurance. Part of the damage is the main bathroom (2nd floor) appears to be coming from the roof, however they did not have a long enough ladder and asked if they could return the following week, to which I agreed! They did not return and submitted the report stating rising water causing the damp. This is totally unacceptable, how can you submit a report when you have not assessed the damage fully. As a result the insurance has declined the claim. I am definately taking this further as this is shocking and *********.
