Just Car Hire

It is over 6 months that I have been in communication with Justcarhire and all I got is the run around. My emails are not responded to, the phone lines are never answered, Tickets created on the website are ignored.

I have now had to cancel my trip due to Just car hire ignoring my requests. I was ****** of over R5000. This is ****************. Shame on Just Car hire robbing citizens like this. They are quick to receive money but refused to refund me and offered a voucher which they knew I could not redeem.
