Double CAR RENTAL through JustCarHire, NO service!
Hire a car through them on their website. Car was selected and they charge me the Total amount through my CreditCard. After the car was returned with no problem, Europcar withheld R1487.52 without any reason. I phoned them and they just lift their shoulders, it is not their problem, I must sort out the problem myself. Was not prepared to resolve a issue for one of their customers. But they did all the charges on my credit card????

This is just a follow up on the double charge for your car hire extension. I have checked in with our customer care team to ensure that this matter was resolved.
We are very sorry that this issue occurred. This was an unusual event and was caused by after hours/ weekend delays. As you made an extension on the weekend, there was a delay in communication and the branch was not aware that we received the extension which is why they charged you too.
The customer care team were in touch with with Europcar to ensure that they received the extension voucher from us and that extra amount they charged you was refunded.
I see that Europcar did refund you the full amount which I am very happy to hear.
