Absolutely Disgusted with Just Bunnies in Bayview

I don’t normally write reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The service at Just Bunnies Bayview was pathetic, and the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional.

My boyfriend and I had ordered a bunny from there, and when we got home, my boyfriend was in the middle of eating when he found hair in the food. Disgusted, he immediately called the store. The owner told us to bring the bunny back.

We went back, and my boyfriend went inside with the food. The owner took the bunny to the back and then returned, refusing to give us a refund. Instead, he said my boyfriend could choose something of equal value. My boyfriend picked out a Coke and a juice, but then the owner changed his mind and said we couldn’t take anything because he now claimed there was no hair in the food!

My boyfriend, understandably upset, said he would rather deal with the son who used to be there, because he was at least reasonable. This apparently triggered the owner, and things escalated.

After my boyfriend had left the store, the owner came outside, started swearing at him, and even opened the bunny and threatened to throw it at him, shouting that he would “f**** throw the bunny” at my boyfriend. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.

I am shocked and disgusted—not only by the poor hygiene but also by how the owner treated a paying customer. No business owner should behave like this, and no customer should be treated this way. I will never return, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place.
