Terrible bad bad service
Took my car last year August 2025. And even is not fixed. Deal was for 4 moths max now is 15 months always stories . Or depends what kind of a car you driving? somebody must be accountable Mathew and Dean . Theydont have service care.

Scratch repair on a passenger door
The team is fantastic and kept the promise on when the car will be ready, my car looks great and they've done a clean work. I'm very happy with their service and will definitely recommend them and will definitely use their service again.

Life Saver
I had a traumatizing experience with king price , 6 month passed and they wouldnt allow me to find my own panelbeater. They insired on the ones they chose. After 6 months , I decided to give up on king price and JBI came to the rescue . Thanks to JBI , I feel confident to drive my car , I am falling in love with my car again. JBI got me out of a deep depression and I couldnt be more grateful. The staff was friendly and got the job done in 1 day . They reassured me and kept me updated every step of the way. Definitely the best in Joburg.

Excellent workmanship and service
I took my BMW 2 Series in to fix the side skirts and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The work looks great, like nothing ever happened. The team was easy to deal with and kept me updated. Overall just a really good experience, I’d definitely recommend them.
