Very poor service

The owner Justin promised to make me a bag within a week. I paid him 50% deposit and now I'm waiting 5 weeks for the product. he keeps saying that he is sending someone to deliver and then they never pitch. Not answering my calls or message. Please be aware of them. They are in Maraisburg
