Failure to deliver on promises

Orders paid, half of it received, totally wrong. Promising for 6 months to pay back they money as they can't deliver. Makes you feel comfortable by answering your calls only to never pitch and keeping you cool with empty promises. If you are a big company considering going local, do not use this company, you will regret it.
