Very clever **** ... beware of Just Answer

Just the same as all the other reviews. "Here's a secure form to join JustAnswer for only R15 (fully-refundable). While you're filling this out, ...", followed by the shock of being ****med for R599. This is quite clever, actually ... what is the purpose of the R15 entry fee other than to suck you in and get your credit card details? As for the "fully-refundable" aspect of the joining fee - hahaha! I immediately canceled my "membership" and emailed a request for a refund. Before the R599 shock I spent some time with a very helpful technician with no success, even giving him a 5 star rating while my tv had started working properly again for a minute and then relapsed to the same problem. Oh, the refund? Forget it. They are clearly used to this request as I received a long reply 2 minutes later, 11 pm too (clearly AI generated!), all about my agreeing to the membership subscription when I paid the R15.
