Underhand business practice

The way this company operates is underhand. I typed in my question and the AI bot responded with this statement: "Here's a secure form to join JustAnswer for only R15 (fully-refundable). While you're filling this out, I'll tell the Defy Appliance Technician about your tumble dryer and then connect you two." I filled out the form with my credit card details and unfortunately missed the very fine print that stated I would be charged a further R482 monthly membership fee. When I complained about the misleading information on how much it would cost they refused to consider a refund. I feel very cheated. I have cancelled my membership and hope that this is be the last charge they put through.
