UNauthorised dedection from my account!

JustAnswer.com is a "get legal advice" website where you state a question to an expert. They are situated in San Francisco, but advise on SA law as well. Pay R15 for membership and you may ask a question. So I gave my banking details to authorize ONLY THE R15. It turned out they deducted R599 AS WELL!!! I communicated with a Pearl Wilson, Lawyer's Assistant on behalf of Chris K (***) CLEARLY STATING THIS - THIS IS AN AUTHORISATION ISSUE and she only rep**** "I do apologize for any confusion about the charge that you have. I understand your frustration and why you are requesting a refund. As a courtesy, I have refunded the JOINING FEE (R15!!!) for you!!!
