Total abuse of desperate people

I am absolutely devastated I was in real need of assistance and can not afford a lawyer, when the page redirected me to pay it said R15 so that was amazing since I can not go to a live lawyer as I cant pay then I see my member ship was over R700 they completely used my desperation and took me for a fool I chatted to a lawyer for 10 mins because I just had a question, now I am over R800 poorer, I might as well have gone to a live lawyer.
