They keep charging your account. Beware.

I asked a question on JustAnswer. On the page it said R15. It was my second question, so it was not stated clearly that I will be charged R599. I queried it, nothing, but I made sure my membership showed as cancelled. But guess what, I got billed again this month. My membership is suddenly active. They do not listen to your complaint and just read off a script. I cannot get a refund, because I cancelled my subscription (again) after I got billed. Please be careful of this site, you do get an answer, but they will keep on billing you, regardless of what your membership status says, and when something went wrong on their end, they just fob you off. This is an expensive service for a semi useful answer.
