I have been debited R599 for a service 877-6. I've not received of subscribed for this service. I did ask a technical question about reregistering my Kindle - I did not receive an answer but this amount has now been debited twice. I do not have an account with them and if anybody has any notion of asking them for assistance - DON'T!
