SUBSCRIPTION FEE WAS DEDUCTED WITHOUT PERMISSION

I went on line to ask 1 question to vet and on the login details they ask me if i want to pay R15 which i agree, but R404 was deducted and now was said i signed description which i didn't. No subscription was on my page i need that money and i want you to reverse it
