Just Answer is a **** in my eyes. I asked them to assist with a problem I had with another company. They said pay R65 (fully refundable) and they will hook me up with a lawyer. I was connected to a Lawyer and then all of a sudden another R1199.00 was deducted from my credit card for. What for. That was not part of the agreement. I went back onto the Just Answer site and chatted with a person by the name of Pearl Wilson and getting nowhere with her. O, just pay another R65 and we will hook you up with a lawyer. She does not get the point. I have mailed the lawyer and am still waiting for a reply. DON'T use Just Answer. They are ********!!
