******** and ******* deducting money without approval

I went online to the site, seeking to solve the issue of my portable WiFi device not connecting to the internet. They mentioned a R15 fee - only that. When I put in my card details, R599 was deducted from my card. I was never told about this amount neither do I know what is it for!
