Asked for help on Microsoft's Outlook. Trial service charge is R65 for 'unlimited' service which I take to mean that you get the issue resolved - regardless of how long it takes! On day 6 (yesterday) I asked the 'Expert' why we had made no progress - all I had had so far was from him was comments about the problem I had - very little in the way of actual advice let alone a solution. I finally asked him last night if I was going to get some straight answers or should I get another 'Expert' to assist. My problem with Outlook was not a major issue - it would take an 'Expert' no time at all to resolve.

First thing this morning my cell beeps - SMS from my bankers and guess what ? - Just Answer have paid themselves R599 without my authority. I phoned my bank immediately and long story short - have had to cancel my credit card (what costs & drama that entails!) to avoid further payments to these rip-off artists.
