Refund excuses

I asked a question regarding an issue I have with a second hand coffee maker I bought. I was informed that the question will be answered by an expert at a charge of R15. I had no problem to pay R15. It was worth it. Unfortunately if you go further down the web page, you are informed that you also subscribe to this service for R482 per monthy for unlimited help which is refundable!!! I did not get any response on my question and this company now hide behind all kinds of excuses not to refund me. I did however manage to cancel the subscription, but I want to be refunded.
