Refund

I made a online payment for the gyn service and it said R65 refundable, but as soon as the payment went through it took another R850. I want a full refund for the R850 and the R65. I did not agree to the R850. And there were no term and conditions but now they do not want to refund me because they said that it was in ther terms of service but there were nothing said.
