Misleading communication with hidden costs

I didn't see this clearly communicated anywhere during the confirmation/payment process:

To ask a question on the site, you must enroll in a JustAnswer membership. Upon enrolling you unknowingly agreed to the following charges: One-time joining fee: R15 This is all that is communicated at first Monthly membership fee (recurring) R599 (Probably hidden in small print somewhere)

Please don't fall victim to these ********* ********** like I did. My heart is very sore.
