****med as well, but managed to get a refund

So, as like many of the responses on here, I too got ******* with the R15 bait that turned into a R599 charge on my card.

Whilst going through the reviews and battling with their customer care line which you can reach at: *** I managed to get my payment refunded in full, so I thought I’d write this to help anyone in the future.

I emailed them pointing out the obvious issue of the R599 debited on my account and went back and forth while I asked for a refund and their bot (which is what you’ll be speaking to 99% of the time) kept telling me that I was not eligible for a refund. I rep**** to that email and every subsequent email demanding to speak to a human, once someone finally contacted me I sent a screenshot from a previous hello Peter reviewer who managed to get a refund, and demanded mine, which worked almost instantly.

So if you get caught by these ****mers I recommend trying this, the person whose reply I screenshotted was Nicky B, so thank you to them! Feel free to use this as your screenshot if you require!
