The company is definitely a **** of some sorts. My mom was looking for the showmax chat website and the just answer website was right on top so she unknowingly went into it. They responded to her telling her she has to pay R15 to be connected to an agent and when she put in her bank card details, they took the R15 PLUS R599 for “a monthly subscription” they didn’t mention. I emailed them though and fortunately I was able to get my mom’s refund.
