They offer you the services of a wide range of experts and make their website as confusing as possible. It looks like they charge R15 for one question but you actually 'sign' up for a membership at R599 a month. Even though I cancelled immediately after the 'expert' could not help with my printer problem, they continued to charge the 'membership' fee. I reached Jeff from JustAnswer <***> who simply said they do not do refunds.
