JustAnswer mebership deductions

Was directed to this site via E-Bay due to a purchase that did not arrive 2 months after buying it. You get directed to this JustAnswer.com site via E-Bay for their money back guarantee. They very boldly advertise that it will only cost R15 (reversible) to proceed with the money back application. They then connect you with a "lawyer" on the JustAnswer site who gives you advice. Advice to me was to wait longer for the package and that I was at fault for not choosing a "track parcel option" on E-Bay. There was no such option. Apart from the useless advice, the JustAnswer site automatically subscribes you to their monthly membership at R599 per month, indefinitely until you cancel. This nugget of information is sent to your e-mail. If you miss it you will not know about it, and they will keep on deducting the fee irrespective whether you use their services or not. I only became aware of this after I received a notice from my bank of the debit on my card. I had to trail through e-mails to figure out what is happening. Be warned.
