I asked a question with just answer only to find I am paying R15 joining fee which I did no know of and R365 membership fee. The only said is R15 to get the answer. I paid the R15. The first deducted R15 and after 365. I asked them to refund my money because I'm no longer interested because of the amount they are charging they are refusing to refund me
