This company is an absolute **** there is a note that a question will cost R15.00 and then suddenly they take off R599.00 of your account, this is disgusting. I am a single Mom and cannot afford to lose any money but when you go through to customer care they just dismiss you when you google it it says the Australian government is after them for bad practice
