These people... are without conscience. I needed advice on how to fix my washing machine after it started giving trouble following a power outage. Found this site and saw that I could get an answer for just R15. Immediately signed up. Long story short, they send you a "form" to complete your payment details. There's no confirmation of how much your paying or what you're "signing up" for. Turns out I signed up for a monthly subscription. Remember now, I had ONE problem - the washing machine. So I request a refund, which they're refusing because they are "upfront" with the payment structure. STAY AWAY, PEOPLE.
