JustAnswer deducting fees for no service provided

Had an issue with getting into my FB account, was referred to JustAnswer who then couldn't assist as I would not allow them to remotely connect to my pc. Yet JustAnswer deducted a refundable fee of R65.00 on 17 November 2019 which was never refunded & then they deducted a further amount of R599.00 on 10 December 2019 from my Credit card even though i didn't agree to this amount.
