Not sure how long you will pay, first they ask you to pay R500 to ask a question, then they come back to you and ask if they can connect to your computer to solve the problem, and for that they ask R500 again, seems like for every action you have to pay, pay , pay and they have not come closer to looking at the problem. Not sure by the end of it all my problem will be resolved because the whole thing is automated. Has anyone had an experience with this website?
