Supposed tech experts They are not customer protection or data protection compliant. They don't provide sufficient explanation that you are actually signing up for monthly membership which they will bill you for even if they provide zero service. The costs for their advice, no matter how useless, are exorbitant. Contrary to their claims cancelling is difficult. Their site refers to a cancellation tab on your membership account. That tab does not exist. You have to contact them directly and their representative gives you the runaround. Avoid at all costs.
