Just dont answer

Beware of this ****. I thought I was online with Microsoft support, but it turned out to be Justanswer. They event confirmed they were Microsoft support. After 15 minutes of trying things they suggested to no avail, I stumbled upon the solution myself. When I received my credit card statement, they deducted R 15 + R 599, not authorized by me. When you try log in on their website, you have to agree to Ts and Cs which allow them to do anything.
