Just answer subtracting money without my Permission.

I was desperate to get help with the maintance money from my kids father and asked A question on Just Answer. I payed R65 for the answer, which didnt help me at all. They forced me to sign up for a free trail and WITHOUT NOTICE started subtracting money R599 from my account because the free trail automatically goes over on membership. Didnt give them permission to deduct money but they just took R599.

How can they do that? That is THEFT!!!!
