Just Answer stole my money!

I tried to update my netflix account and couldn’t come right. I was talen to Just Amswers site and the online specialist tried to assist me. I was informed of the R 15 rand fee, but when I checked my credit card statement, they took R 599. Went to the Contact Us option under the menu, but only get an erre: Bad Request. No way I can make contact with them, as this payment was not disclosed to me. By the way, they never even resolved my query. When I asked the “specialis” about a refund, he stopped answering.
