This company should be investigated. My mother age 72 wanted to get an opinion on an operation that she needed to have. She paid ZAR 65.00 for no help at all. They just decided to open a membership without any consent. They were taking ZAR 599.00 per month for 5 months already. This is disgusting that these people take advantage of pensioners. If anyone out there can suggest a way to get the money back please post.
