I registered and paid, then Matt the Tech offered a phone call to assist, which was an additional cost, that I paid, this was on the 30 Dec 2019, on the 3 Jan 2020 still no call. when asking for a refund on the cost of the call that was deducted automatically, I get a message that states they need 4 hours to reply to my mail. well, it has been the entire day, and when you message them they convenient to pass your complaint to the supervisor, but they are not talking about the refund of R340.
