Just Answer is a ****, I need my money back!

R599 was just debited from my account, I didn't sign up for anything and never gave them any right to go into my bank account and take money as they please.

What gives these companies the right to **** people like this.

I went to their chats to tell them I didn't give them any right to take my money and want it back now I'm being ignored.

Has anyone received their money back and at process did you follow/for how long?
