Just Answer is a ****M!!! RUNNNNNNN

BIGGEST ****MERS OF NOTE!!!! Today 08 Apil 2025 I went online to consult Just answer looking for an online Doctor. Their website mentioned to pay R15 which was refundable before the consultation. Upon furnishing them with my banking details. They further deducted R599 from my account which I didn't authorise. I sent them emails and they responded by saying that the R599 is their monthly service fee or some nonsense like that. But on their initial request for the R15, the R599 was never mentioned. They even have the guts to say they will not be refunding me after ****MING me blindly like that. I just want my money back.
