Just Answer is a ****!

I have exactly the same complaint as previous reviewers. The customer is enticed to pay an online once-off charge of R15 and then a R599 first installment of a monthly "membership fee" is charged automatically. They agree to cancel your "membership" going forward, but claim the initial payment was warranted because you submitted a query, even though it was "answered' only by means of an AI-generated regurgitation of the problem you reported in the first place. Definitely a ****!
