Just answer horrible hidden fee

What a horrible business strategy to hide a fee of R651 in the Terms and conditions. The prompt says they will charge you R15 for a question and you make payment of R15 and then see a fee of R651 going through. Terrible Terrible people that take advantage. I would be ashamed to be associated with this entity.
