Just Answer grabbing account details and debiting my account

I needed help with outlook on Microsoft website,What I thought is Microsoft required a payment on a page before I can catalog my needs.On completing the form i realized that I could not complete filling the form and realized it might not be microsoft,i deleted my card details and left the site.Latter in the day my account was debited despite me not having confirmed my details and couldnot even put my telephone number because the preset country prefix had +1 and I am in South Africa on +27.
